DescriptionSF9010 is a surface-mount SAW bandpass filter manufactured by Beijing Zhongxun Sifang Science & Technology Co., Ltd. The filter is centered at 1268.52 MHz and provides a 26.0 MHz passband covering 1256.00 MHz to 1282.00 MHz.
Within the passband, the SF9010 offers a typical insertion loss of 1.9 dB, with a maximum of 2.5 dB, and amplitude ripple of 0.6 dB typical and 1.0 dB maximum. The device also provides group delay ripple of 20 ns typical and 40 ns maximum. Both input and output are designed for 50 Ω systems, with VSWR specified at 1.5:1 typical and 2.0:1 maximum.
The filter provides strong out-of-band rejection across multiple frequency ranges, with specified attenuation extending from DC to 3 GHz. It is supplied in a compact DCC6C ceramic SMT package measuring 3.00 × 3.00 × 1.25 mm and supports an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The device is RoHS compliant and is suitable for RF systems requiring compact size, low passband loss and high adjacent-band rejection.
